2nd Annual Trash Bash at the Border
It’s time to get ready for the 2nd Annual Trash Bash at the Border!
Join us on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 9am and help South Carolina take the win this year! (Please arrive at 8:30am to check in and get supplies.)
Last year Augusta Richmond County had 19 more volunteers on their side of the river than North Augusta.
The South Carolina team will focus on removing litter near the Savannah River, the North Augusta Greenway, Brick Pond Park, and surrounding areas.
Trash Bash at the Border! Which side will take the win? Will it be GA or SC?
Regardless of which side of the river wins the competition, we all win by having a cleaner community! (But we WANT to win!)
Volunteers from both states will compete for bragging rights and prizes.
You can help North Augusta and Team Carolina take the win this year by spreading the word on social media, inviting your friends, family, and civic groups to join you in this year’s Trash Bash at the Border!
This is a great cleanup to attend as a family. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Beta Clubs, Key Clubs, NJROTC, sports teams and scouting groups are encouraged to join this cleanup!
Sign up today! You can create a team and have your friends and family join you or sign up as an individual.
