Business Academy - Finance for Existing Businesses

This workshop will emphasize using financial statements (i.e., income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows) to make value enhancing decisions for existing businesses. You'll find out how to analyze and evaluate financial statements, and create decision making tools that help improve cash flow and save your business money.
