Come start your morning with us! Day One Fitness is celebrating 10 years of fighting to win with our Health & Hope Open House on August 29. Jennifer L. Huff at Your Aging Therapist, LLC will speak on neurology. Attendees will get the chance to see a class in action and meet local healthcare organizations to learn about their offerings. Coffee and pastries will be available. Boxers and staff will be on site to discuss Day One Fitness and the impact it makes on those fighting neurological diseases.
