GOOD MORNING NORTH AUGUSTA
BETTER TOGETHER: DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
Most leaders would agree that we are better together when we are diverse and inclusive. But, it’s these same well-meaning leaders that simply don’t know how to put diversity and inclusion into action. In this talk, participants will learn culturally effective tools for creating a diverse and inclusive atmosphere. First, participants will be presented with material that will allow for them to explore their own awareness of issues of diversity and inclusion. Next, participants will have their concerns answered in a way that is inclusive of diverse perspectives and opinions. Last, participants will walk away with concrete tools for moving diversity and inclusion forward in their workplaces.
