JLA Youth Forum - Covid-19 and Staying Safe for Back to School

The North Augusta Chamber's Junior Leadership Academy (JLA) Class of 2019 is proud to present our 2020 Youth Forum.  Comprised of a series of topics with expert facilitators, our JLA Class of 2019 want to share with you their thoughts on Social Justice, Behavioral & Mental Health, Covid-19 & Back to School Safety, and Leadership for the next generation.

Covid-19 - Teen Panelists will reflect on behavior of peers as they return to school and talk about what students and families should know about the pandemic and how to remain safe.

Facilitator: Dr. Amanda Chaffin, Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Augusta University CHOG and physician at Augusta Regional Medical Centers Palmetto Pediatrics
Teen Panel: Jameria Davis, Emily Howard, and Sherry Kong
(North Augusta High School Sophomores)

Series discussions will be held on Saturdays from 8-9p. We invite families to tune in on ZOOM or FACEBOOK.
