Lions Club Community Event, Celebrating 80 Years of Service
North Augusta, SC – On Saturday, November 19, 2016, the North Augusta Lions Club will celebrate its 80th Anniversary with a FREE “Luau” themed community event at the North Augusta Community Center.

The motto of the Lions Club is “we serve”.
Faye Purcell, the club president, remarked “We are proud of our club’s 80 years of service to the community. The Lions Club members thank everyone who contributes to our important work. You are truly helping Lions make a difference in our community”.
The public is invited to attend this FREE event, on November 19th from 10a-2p. A commemorative ribbon cutting will take place at 11:00am. Attendees will be given an up-close look at Lions programs and have a chance to visit with Lions community partners. There will be youth activities to include
