(M) Dare to Tri Sprint Triathlon

Dive into a thrilling challenge with the Dare To Tri Sprint Triathlon! Set against the secure and serene backdrop of Fort Eisenhower, this triathlon is a perfect blend of endurance and adventure. The triathlon kicks off with a 300-meter pool swim, push your limits with a 16K bike sprint, and finish strong with a 5K run. It’s not just about the race; it’s about supporting our military while enjoying the safety of low-traffic courses.
 
Swim:
300-meter pool swim in the Fort Eisenhower Indoor 50m Pool. Participants start at one side of the pool and snake their way up and down each lane as they work towards the other side of the pool.
 
Bike:
The bike course is a 10-mile loop with a small lollipop. The course is rolling to hilly and takes place completely on the Fort Eisenhower installation. The roads are open to traffic, but traffic is usually fairly light.
 
Run:
The 5K run course is a single loop, almost completely on a 3-mile running trail. The course is flat.
