(M) Health & Wellness Fair

Do you want to focus on your health and wellness? Would you like to learn more about nutrition, healthier habits and visit vendors with a passion for living an active lifestyle? Then, the Health and Wellness Fair was made for you! This event brings awareness to our Fort Eisenhower service members, families and the surrounding area about how to live a healthier lifestyle. The event will feature informative booths, and interactive demonstrations. There will also be cooking demonstrations, fitness demos, and door prizes, plus we will start the morning off with a fun run! It's sure to be fun for the whole family.
