(M) Kids' Fishing Derby and Shooting Day
Get your little ones to Claypit Lakes for the Kids' Fishing Derby! Registration begins at 7 am and the fishing will be from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Each child will receive bait, door prizes and lunch (hot dog, chips, and a drink). Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be given for total pounds of fish caught in four age groups. Be sure to bring your own fishing pole! Limit one pole per child.
After the fishing, head on over to Range 14 (TASC) for the Kids’ Shooting Competition! The tournament goes from 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM, where your children can compete in these three areas: Archery, Target Shooting and Skeet. All children must be accompanied by an adult when on the range.
Both events are free and open to the public.
