Wendy Perry  is a seasoned expert leader and certified Leadership Coach. During over 21 years of Army service, she held various leadership positions in the U.S. and abroad. She is committed to mentoring aspiring leaders and, in particular, inspiring and empowering women. Wendy completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Prairie View A&M University and holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Maryland, with Certification in Health Services Leadership & Management. She is a graduate of the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University’s Veteran Women Igniting the Spirit of Entrepreneurship (V-WISE) Program.  She is also a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Sherpa Executive Coaching certification program, and Cornell University’s Women in Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion certification programs. She is a community leader, author, speaker, wife, and mother.

Michael Perry is a Clinical Psychologist, leadership consultant, certified leadership coach, speaker, trainer, and author. The roles he values most are husband and father. During his military service of over 21 years, Mike held various leadership positions in the U.S. and abroad.  His extensive experience in leadership and human performance is coupled with a genuine passion for helping leaders to drive meaningful change and create unified culture.  Mike is a graduate of Norfolk State University, Norfolk, VA. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Science Degree in Medical Psychology from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland.  He is also a graduate of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Certification Program and The Harvard Kennedy School’s Adaptive Leadership Certification program. Mike can be credited with developing The KATALIS Human Experience Leadership Model (HELM).
