AUGUSTA, GA -- Alison South Marketing Group, based in the Augusta-Aiken area with an office in Ft. Lauderdale, is rebranding as the Osla Agency (pronounced Ah-slah). The new brand will be revealed March 1 on their website OslaAgency.com.
Under new ownership since 2023, the agency continues to offer full services, including branding, strategy, design, digital and video, says Cynthia South, Osla communications director
and co-founder of Alison South. “The vision of the new owners was to develop an agency structure and brand that would set trends and cut through the static in an increasingly noisy marketplace.”
“The name, color and design of Osla represents a fresh and progressive approach to advertising strategy,” says Chief Marketing Officer Jeremy Richie. While it was inspired by letters of the previous name, Osla is a Scottish word for “one who came from a steep place.” “We like to think of that meaning as rising above the noise, taking an elevated view to envision the next great idea, and having the confidence and courage to go to the edge and cut through the static.”
The brand’s primary color palette features green and black. Green symbolizes innovation, while black represents unity of all agency talents to achieve client success, Richie explains.
“Our icon is a comma set in the center of the O. The comma represents a bridge, continuation, connection, and ongoing progress. This can be especially relevant for brands that emphasize
continuity, fluidity, and seamless connections. We see ourselves as that connection
for so many facets of the services we provide,” Richie says.
Olsa is part of a network of international technology companies. Including online education and training platforms, customized digital solutions and customer service call centers.
“We see ourselves as a new agency,” says David Bash, client experience officer of Osla.
“We are committed to putting customer service first, cultivating a culture that is
team-oriented and investing in the incredible talent that we have onboard.
Our customer base extends across the South, and the competitive marketplace of our
South Florida office is pushing us to be more innovative than ever.”
Owner and CEO Vishal Shah says,“I purchased Alison South last year based on the talented team that was in place. I knew they could do great things with the right resources. My goal is to enable the new brand, Osla, to be successful in this marketplace and beyond. “ ###
