Ribbon Cutting - The Augusta Players

Join us Thursday, September 22nd for a ribbon cutting celebration for The Augusta Players.

Attendees will get to enjoy tours of the historical theater, see some of the interworking of Music Man, and even catch a few “unplugged” mini performances from some of the CSRA’s premiere talent.

The Augusta Players is an award-winning non-profit community theatre organization dedicated to presenting the highest quality theatrical productions.

Serving the City of Augusta and its surrounding counties, their mission is to foster creative expression by providing a medium for local actors, musicians, dancers, directors, designers, and technicians to explore their talents and sharpen their skills.

The Augusta Players’ programming provides an environment where all citizens can create, experience and appreciate theatre as well as create the cultural infrastructure that allows the community of Augusta to flourish.
