This will be an interactive seminar where participants are highly encouraged to interact and inquire about intellectual property issues and concerns. 

The seminar will provide an overview of intellectual property concerns for both new and existing businesses. 

This includes an analysis of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, as well as guidelines on ensuring these are protected and preserved to build business value. 

Further, scenarios will be provided to help businesses understand when intellectual property rights arise and the timelines for protecting same.
