Where do you begin? How do you know whether your idea will work? Do you have the personal qualities that drive business success? This workshop will help you understand how to plan to give yourself the best chance for success. Topics include:
- naming and registering the business
- identifying and pricing your product or service
- understanding your buyer
- researching your competition
- developing a marketing approach
- establishing the business structure
Attendees will also be introduced to the importance and components of a formal business plan, and to basic business financials.
